Scenes from UW-Green Bay Summer Art Studio
Students at UW-Green Bay’s summer art studios kept themselves busy over two weeks this past June. Middle school and high school students from throughout Northeastern Wisconsin dabbled in watercolor, stitched together wild fashions, cooked clay creations, melted metal for jewelry, snapped scenes on cameras, created digital characters and plenty more.
They also took part in creating a colorful butterfly for the Einstein Project’s “Butterflies & Friends on Parade,” a community art collection on display in downtown Green Bay. And of course, the learning was always fun.
