The program will help participants learn how to lead efficient, more focused meetings, clearly define team goals, create an environment of trust, and learn the differences between being a team leader and a traditional leader.
The course is taught by Tim Pflieger, founder and president of the Team Leadership Center in Door County. Pflieger has extensive experience in facilitating programs on leadership, team building, collaboration, conflict resolution and employee motivation.
Cost for the program is $195. If three or more individuals from one firm register, the fee is $145 per person. Lunch is provided.
The program is part of the Small Business Development Center's Management Development program series that can lead to a certificate, but it is not necessary to commit to the entire series to enroll in the Feb. 5 program.
