For Immediate Release: Regents approve promotions for six UW-Green Bay faculty members GREEN BAY - The University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents approved promotions for six UW-Green Bay faculty members at the board’s meeting Friday (June 6) at UW-Milwaukee.Promoted to full professor from associate professor was Regan A. R. Gurung, Human Development. Gurung joined the UW-Green Bay faculty in 1999. He currently chairs the Human Development unit. Five faculty members were promoted from assistant professor to associate professor with tenure. They include Scott Ashmann, Education; Denise Bartell, Human Development; Stefan Hall, Humanistic Studies; Mark Kiehn, Education; and Kristin Vespia, Human Development. Bartell and Vespia became UW-Green Bay faculty members in 2002. Ashmann and Hall joined the faculty in 2003 and Kiehn in 2004.
