GREEN BAY-Successful Selling is the topic of a daylong program on Tuesday, Feb. 12 at the Business Assistance Center, 2701 Larsen Rd. Organized by the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Small Business Development Center, the session is from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Participants will learn how to set and measure sales activities and goals, effectively prospect, determine customer needs and "hot buttons," make high impact presentations, and build more business through post-sales services.

The instructor is Bob Pecor, president and owner of Coaching Forward, Inc., Eau Claire. He has more than 25 years of experience in conducting leadership, sales and customer service workshops.
