GREEN BAY-Effective Time Management and Delegation is the topic of a program offered by the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Small Business Development Center on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at the Business Assistance Center, 2701 Larsen Rd. The session runs from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The program is aimed at helping managers develop skills in prioritizing and delegating. It will help managers learn to deal effectively with stresses associated with those issues and become better managers.
