GREEN BAY-The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Small Business Development Center is offering a program on Managing Organizational Conflict from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 4 at the Business Assistance Center, 2701 Larsen Rd.

The program is aimed at helping managers learn how to effectively manage inevitable workplace conflicts. "Hands-on" aspects of the program will help managers gain skills to turn conflicts into understanding and productivity.

Tim Pfleiger, founder and owner of the Team Leadership Center in Sturgeon Bay, will present the program. He has extensive experience in facilitating programs on leadership, team building, collaboration, conflict resolution and employee motivation. His firm offers customized programs for a variety of audiences.

The program is part of a Management Development series that can lead to a certificate, but it is not necessary to commit to the entire series in order to enroll in the session on Managing Organizational Conflict.

Cost for the seminar is $195. If additional individuals from the same firm attend, the cost is $145 for each additional registrant.
