UW-Green Bay degree for technical college graduates Eric Craver of the UW-Green Bay Adult Degree Programs Office will explain the Bachelor of Applied Studies (B.A.S.) degree and answer questions. The program leading to the B.A.S. allows transfer of up to 60 credits from work at NWTC or other accredited technical colleges to count toward the UW-Green Bay degree. The coursework at UW-Green Bay builds on an applied associate degree with a curriculum of liberal learning. Each student also chooses an area of emphasis. To accommodate working adults, the program offers flexible means of working toward the degree, including weekend and evening courses and courses online.
