For Immediate Release: Business Center 'Feedback' seminar offers tools for leaders GREEN BAY-Leaders can gain tools for providing timely and constructive help to their employees at "Feedback Mastery," a University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Small Business Development Center seminar from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 14 at the Business Assistance Center, 2701 Larsen Rd.Seminar leaders Art Petty and Rich Petro say that good feedback has the power to shape behavior that drives outcomes, pushes individuals to reach beyond their comfort zones, and molds a firm's culture. Their program is aimed at helping leaders develop practical skills. Petty is founder and marketing and strategy lead, and Petro is co-founder and leadership practice lead with the leadership development training and consulting firm, Strategy & Management-Innovations, LLC, Crystal Lake, Ill. The pair has worked with both large and small companies. The seminar fee of $229 per person includes instruction, materials, lunch and refreshment breaks.
