The academic program in Social Work is currently one of UW-Green Bay’s top ten programs in annual graduates.
Alumna Vue Lor ’96 is among the success stories that today’s students can hope to emulate. Lor has made a profession of helping those in need as a specialist with Brown County’s Aging and Disability Resource Center. Her days involve assistance, advocacy, and providing long-term care options and short-term case management for seniors over age 60. The center also helps people with disabilities, ages 18 to 59.
Lor, who went on to achieve a master’s in counseling, says she has fond memories of UW-Green Bay, especially time spent at the American Intercultural Center.
