UW System announces appointment of interim chancellor UW System President Katharine Lyall has announced the appointment of an interim chancellor for UW-Green Bay. Former vice chancellor and provost William Kuepper has been granted a leave from his current position as a senior policy adviser with the Colorado Commission on Higher Education to return to Green Bay until a new chancellor is on board. UW System announces appointment of interim chancellor

UW System President Katharine Lyall has announced the appointment of an interim chancellor for UW-Green Bay.
