Chancellor and Executive Chef Bruce Shepard will preside over the flipping of the burgers and the presentation of assorted picnic favorites. Lunch starts at 11:30 a.m. and runs through 1:30 p.m. A brief program at noon will honor UW-Green Bay's newest retirees.
