Reilly, chancellor and former provost of the University of Wisconsin-Extension, has been recommended as the next president of the University of Wisconsin System. A Regent selection committee made the announcement this morning (Monday, July 26). The full board is expected to act on the recommendation this Thursday. Outgoing UW System president Katharine C. Lyall retires in September after nearly 13 years in her post.
