The LOG Online e-mail news digest is distributed each week to faculty and staff of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Links are included to more detailed stories at the Marketing and University Communication Web site and to an archive of past issues.

All politics, all the time

The political parade across the UW-Green Bay campus continues this week with events sponsored by the College Democrats and College Republicans student groups. At noon Thursday (Oct. 28), we're told that Democratic presidential candidate John Kerry's stepson, Chris Heinz, actress Kirsten Dunst and other celebrities will campaign for Kerry in the circle area in front of Mary Ann Cofrin Hall's main canopy entrance. Also appearing at the event will be television actresses Melissa Fitzgerald of "The West Wing" and Allison Munn of "What I Like About You."
