Restoring public intervenor part of "Conserve Wisconsin"

The public intervenor's office, which was eliminated in the mid-1990s, would be restored under Doyle's initiative. The public intervenor would help citizens advocate for continuing environmental protection. Other parts of the governor's proposal focus on water and forest land conservation, revitalizing urban neighborhoods and promoting energy conservation and efficiency.
