Services for Alfred 'Skip' Zahn
The campus and Shorewood Golf Course lost a friend and co-worker this week. Alfred Zahn — more affectionately known as "Skip" — passed away while at his cabin in northern Wisconsin. Shorewood's maintenance mechanic for the past nine years, he was described as a tireless worker who rarely if ever took a break, and a good friend of Ken Peterson and a mentor to current groundskeeper Nathan Rusch. Visitation is until the funeral at 10:30 a.m. today (Friday, June 16) at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral.
