Free trial period for Kress Events Center starts Tuesday
Good news for UW-Green Bay faculty, staff and students. The Kress Events Center will be opening its new fitness center on Tuesday (Aug. 14). Highlights of the 12,000-square-foot fitness center include an elevated three-lane walking/jogging track, a brand-new cardio theater and new free weights and weight machines. All UW-Green Bay employees and students are invited to try out — at no cost — the new Kress Events Center, including the fitness center, open gym times and aquatic facilities. The trial period begins Tuesday, Aug. 14 and runs through Thursday, Aug. 30.
Summer hours set for Kress Center
Summer hours for the Kress Events Center are as follows:
• Monday through Thursday: 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
• Friday: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
• Saturday and Sunday: Closed
Watch for a future announcement of extended, academic-year hours for the Kress Events Center.
Kress Center to offer annual memberships
The Kress Events Center will offer a variety of year-long memberships for students, faculty and staff, as well as community members. Memberships are:
• Students: Free
• Student Family: $285
• Faculty/Staff: $215
• Faculty/Staff Family: $455
• Alumni: $345
• Alumni Family: $520
• Community: $390
• Community Family: $575
• Senior Citizen: $280
