Informational session on '08-'09 budget is set for Friday
The campus community is invited to an informational session Friday (March 28) to learn more about UW-Green Bay's 2008-'09 budget. The session will run from 3 to 4 p.m. in Room 114 of the Environmental Sciences building. Chancellor Bruce Shepard, Provost and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs Sue K. Hammersmith, and Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance Tom Maki will discuss the University's operating budget for the 2008-'09 fiscal year, including implementation of the first phase of the Growth Agenda. The budget will be forwarded to the UW System in early April.

Business and Finance Web site features budget themes, summaries
Major budget themes and summaries of the Cabinet's budget recommendations to Chancellor Bruce Shepard are available for your review on the Business and Finance Web site at http://www.uwgb.edu/pboffice/annual.htm. Themes include the Growth Agenda, ongoing budget challenges and unfunded mandates, and growing academic excellence. This information will guide the discussion at the budget session Friday.
