Prof. John Luczaj leads the team that is receiving a total of $109,000 in first-year support to extend statewide mapping being done as part of the Wisconsin Geological and Natural History Survey. New offering at UW-Green Bay's summer high school music campRegistration is open for the Senior High Band, Orchestra and Choral Camp scheduled for July 20-26 at UW-Green Bay. The camp is open to students entering grades 9 through 12. The camp offers intensive musical instruction appropriate to students' skill levels with emphasis on developing individual abilities. Registration is still available for the camp, which offers students entering grades seven through 12 opportunities to experience aspects of astronaut training, a chance to learn from aerospace professionals and research scientists, and meet a guest astronaut. 'A Space Experience' is scheduled Sunday through Friday, July 27 through Aug. 1. founder of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Chancellor Emeritus
Edward Weidner, passed away in June 2007 at the age of 85. Weidner was
the first employee of the new university in 1966 when he was appointed
chancellor, a post he held for 20 years in guiding development of today's
modern campus. Tributes and remembrances from UW-Green Bay's far-flung
