Chancellor Emeritus David Outcalt visited campus earlier this week from his home in Pacific Palisades, Calif. He is in town this month to visit with family and friends, enjoy the fall color season, and take in a Green Bay Packers football game (or two). Outcalt was UW-Green Bay's second chancellor, from 1986 through 1993. He stopped on the library's 8th floor to visit former colleagues and also get a bird's-eye view of new construction at the University Union and Kress Events Center.
