| Charles Lucht is a 1994
graduate of the Urban and Regional Studies program at UW-Green Bay.
He received his MS in Urban Planning from Ohio State University and
currently is employed as Planner for Portage County. Before
returning to Wisconsin, Chuck was Community Planner for the town of
Arlington Heights, Illinois. Chuck teaches Planning Theory and Methods, one of the required courses for students in the Urban and Regional Planning Emphasis. |
