UW-Green Bay Required Documents
Students should first research the available federal and state benefits and apply for them through the individual programs. Once you have received approval for veteran education benefits, you will need to bring the following documentation to the Veteran Certifying Official in the Financial Aid Office (SS1100) at UW-Green Bay. The University will then notify the VA of your status as an enrolled student.

Remember that you may be eligible for additional Federal or State assistance via the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You'll be asked to enter UW-Green Bay's school code (003899).
