Spring Brook Watershed
Spring Brook was chosen to provide a comparison between streams in the Lower and Upper Fox River Basins. The creek drains an agricultural watershed, and empties into Lake Butte de Morts.
Spring Brook is part of the school-based monitoring program. Markesan High School monitors at the CTH E and 9th Street bridges along the mainstem of the stream.
