Orchestra Level – Main Floor

Cofrin Family Hall
The Center’s main facility is the 2021-seat Cofrin Family Hall. This multi-purpose theatre, designed with impeccable acoustics and intimate sight lines, is ideal for large non-profit and for-profit meetings and special events, as well as performances. Grand Foyer

Grand Foyer & Orchestra Lobby
Spacious and impressive, the 2500 square-foot Grand Foyer serves as the site for numerous receptions and special events.  Featuring a wall of three story windows, this area contains the remarkable Weidner Center Chandelier by artist Dale Chihuly, which beautifully compliments the two Wisconsin Hardwoods oil paintings by Rodger Bechtold. Adjacent to the Grand Foyer, the Orchestra Lobby, highlighted by Andrew Arvantes Road Show sculpture, and two vibrant paintings by Mai Wynn Schantz. Truly an elegant place to hold your special event.

Fort Howard Hall
Fort Howard Hall:
Perhaps the most versatile space in the Weidner Center, the 45’ x 54’ hall features a beautiful hardwood floor and retractable seating. The privacy of the space and the hardwood floor make this a perfect location for dinners, receptions, meetings and social dancing. The retractable seating allows the hall to be transformed into a small performance space ideal for recitals and lectures.

Rental Fee: $500 first four hours, $125 each additional hour

Studio One
Studio One
This dynamic 34’ x 34’ room comes to life with mirrored walls and vibrant colors. It is an exceptional space for workshops, smaller meetings, hors d’oeuvre receptions, and intimate dinners.

Capacity:
80 Dinner Seating
120 Stand-Up Reception

Rental Fee: $400 first four hours, $125 each additional hour

 


Mezzanine Level – Second Floor


Signature Loung
Signature Lounge
Located on the Mezzanine Level, this fun location is filled with autographed memorabilia from performers who have appeared at the Weidner Center and is pre-set with square tables of four to accommodate 64 people. An overlook area into the Grand Foyer and the sculpture Las Peras I add an extra touch of class.

Rental Fee: $400 first four hours, $125 each additional hour

Patrons Lounge


Patrons Lounge
Private and serene, this room is ideally suited for a board of directors’ function, an intimate cocktail area or dessert reception.

Balcony Level – Third Floor

Balcony Lobby
Greet your guests with a panoramic view of the Bay and Cofrin Memorial Arboretum as you host your event on the third level of the Weidner Center. The Balcony Lobby provides a unique setting for a variety of functions including meetings, dinners and receptions. The Balcony Gallerias, located just around the corner, allow additional space for break-out sessions or expanded seating.
