Eleazer Williams was an Episcopalian Missionary who moved to Green Bay from New York State with a group of Oneida Indians in the early 18th century. According to one account, he was really the "lost dauphin," the pretender to the French throne. His grave was moved from New York State to the grounds of the Episcopalian Church of the Holy Apostles, Freedom Wisconsin in 1947.
