Application form is to be submitted by the faculty advisor.

On the Application form you will be asked to upload your
proposal. Please include the following information in your
- Name of Rocket Team
- Name and Title of Team Captain
- Name of Safety Officer (SO)
- Names and Emails of Each Student Team Members
- Names and Titles of Other Participants
- Description and availability
- Faculty, Staff, equipment and supplies needed
- Computer equipment
- Preferred teleconferencing method
- Draft a safety plan including chemical, material, and equipment.
- NAR High-Power Safety Code
- FAA 14 CFR, subchapter F, part 101, subpart C
- CFR part 55
- NFPA 1127 "code for high power rocket motors"
- Name and level of LEUP holder
- Plan to purchase, store, transport, and use rocket motors.
- Teams traveling, plan to transport and control propellant.
- Written statement team understands and follow safety regs.
- Tripoli will provide range inspections of each rocket before it is flown. Each school team shall comply with the determination of the safety inspection.
- The Tripoli Range Safety Officer (TRSO) has the final say on all rocket safety issues. Therefore, the TRSO has the right to deny the launch of any rocket for safety reasons.
- ANY TEAM THAT IS FOUND NONCOMPLIANT WITH SAFETY & MISSION ASSURANCE (S&MA) WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LAUNCH THEIR ROCKET.
