|Check your UW-Green Bay email account.
(www.uwgb.edu/students) and choose Outlook Web Access.
|Housing||Apply for on-campus housing if desired ( www.uwgb.edu/housing/on-campus/application.asp).||NOW|
|Scholarships||Apply for Departmental and Outside scholarships (www.uwgb.edu/scholarships/)||NOW|
|Join our Transfer Student group on Facebook. Search for "UW-Green Bay Transfer Students" and request to be added to the group.||NOW|
|Aid||Apply for Federal Financial Aid (www.fafsa.ed.gov). If you already have a FAFSA on file for the ’15-’16 school year, add UW-Green Bay’s school code: 003899||NOW|
|Credit Evaluation||Review your credit evaluation in SIS. (www.uwgb.edu/sis) Instructions will be sent to your UW-Green Bay email address.||Approx. 3 weeks after Admission|
|Advising||Schedule an appointment to meet with an advisor to review your credit evaluation, degree requirements, and course offerings: 920-465-2362||Upon receiving Credit Evaluation|
|Registration||Register for classes (www.uwgb.edu/sis).||Starting Nov. 9 2015|
|Aid Award||Accept or Decline your Financial Aid award in SIS (www.uwgb.edu/sis). You will receive a postcard and an email notifying you of your award & the steps to securing it.||Approx. 2 weeks after submitting FAFSA|
|Jobs||Search for on-campus & local jobs with Phoenix Recruitment Online (PRO). You will receive access shortly after registering for classes. (www.uwgb.edu/careers)||Shortly after Registration|
|Roommates||Contact your roommate and prepare for move in day (if applicable) Roommate and Housing assignments will be emailed to your UWGB email account.||December|
|Orientation||Transfer Student Orientation: Get familiar with campus, pick up your University ID, and get your questions answered. You will receive an invitation to orientation in the mail.||Late January TBD|
