Meet the AIC Staff
Justin Mallett, Director of American Intercultural Center
My name is Justin Mallett and I am the Director of the American Intercultural Center (AIC). My goal is to help create an inclusive environment within the AIC and on the UW-Green Bay campus. I am also here to provide support for our underrepresented populations at UW-Green Bay.
If you need any support or just a listening ear, please do not hesitate to stop by and see us at the American Intercultural Center. You can always stop by the AIC, schedule an appointment or reach me via email. I look forward to meeting all of you over the course of the semester, so please don’t be a stranger and at least come into the AIC and say hello.
I was born and raised in Kosciusko, MS. I earned my doctorate degree in Educational Leadership from Edgewood College in Madison, WI and I earned my Master’s and undergraduate degree in Communications from UW-Stevens Point. I currently live in Green Bay with my wife Dana and son Jayden, 8 and daughter Maya, 3
Mai J. Lo Lee, Multicultural Adviser
My name is Mai J. Lo Lee and I work in the American Intercultural Center as a multicultural adviser at UW-Green Bay. I advise UW-Green Bay college students on how to be successful and graduate. For example, I advise students on time management, financial aid, grade calculations, how to read a syllabus, course registration, multicultural development, leadership/student involvement opportunities and other issues college students face at UW-Green Bay.There is no question or concern that is too big or too small – you just need to stop by my office and ask! Together, we will find solutions and ensure success!
In addition, I also advised UW- Green Bay student organizations: Organización Latino Americana, Southeast Asian Student Union and Women of Color. Everyone is welcome, so please come and join the fun!!!

Bao Sengkhammee, Multicultural Advisor
My name is Bao Sengkhammee and I work in the American Intercultural Center as a Multicultural Advisor at UW-Green Bay. I help students with a variety of topics such as leadership and student involvement opportunities, grade calculations, campus involvement, study skills, tutoring, and any other questions and concerns that students may have. Feel free to contact me and we can explore answers to your questions. In addition, my philosophy as a Multicultural Advisor is to engage, empower, inspire, motivate, and assist our diverse student population to graduation.
I was raised in the Green Bay area. I obtained my Master’s Degree in Education Psychology from UW-Milwaukee and my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Urban and Regional Studies from UW-Green Bay. My name is Camara and I am currently a senior. My major is English, with an emphasis in Creative Writing, and my minor is Women in Gender Studies. I come from a small town in Wisconsin called Slinger, where I learned the value of books and videogames.

Hello, my name is Tress, and I am a senior here at UWGB from Milwaukee, WI. I double major in History & Democracy and Justice Studies to one day become a Student Affairs professional. My current passion is to help other multicultural students in improving their comfort levels within the university.
