Ron Opicka

Ron Opicka was a member of UW-Green Bay's first graduating class in May 1970. Opicka was the founding CEO of the nonprofit rehabilitation facility, formerly known as the Kewaunee County Development Center, in 1973. The organization serves 130 adults with disabilities, providing vocational opportunities, day services and job coaching and placement. Prior to becoming CEO of the new Kewaunee County facility, Opicka spent two years with the Community Service Center, later BARC Industries, in Green Bay.
