This view of the gardens from the south-west corner shows the Heirloom Vegetable Garden in the foreground and directly behind it from left to right are the Prairie, Woodland, and Northern Barrens Gardens. The pool and trellis are visible at the extreme right as is the mixed perennial border at the left. The large wall of windows are part of the indoor Winter Garden.The glass panels are actually photovoltaic generators that produce electricity from sunlight.
