of which are very difficult to identify with confidence. The following
characters are closely modeled on the Flora
of North America, Vol 2. |
| 60. Blade broadest at or near the base; rachis,
and midribs of the ultimate segments bearing some glandular hairs; bulblets
sometimes present on the rachis. |

| 60. Blade broadest near the middle; rachis, and midribs of the ultimate segments without glandular hairs; bulblets not present. This group can also be difficult to distinguish, especially for dried specimens for which the stem characters are not known. | 63 |
