| Sorbus 
        decora is a shrub or small tree with compound, alternate leaves and 
        red, sticky buds. The small flowers are white and crowded in much-branched 
        inflorescences and the berry-like fruits are red. See the

        in Wisconsin. Sorbus decora reaches its southwestern range limit in Wisconsin and is found mostly in the northern part of the state. Most reported sites are from the Bayfield county area, Sauk and Iowa County area and Door County.
