All enrolled students are asked to have a signed Credit Agreement on file with the Student Billing office. This agreement explains the Payment Plan as well as the late payment penalties. The Student Billing office will keep your Credit Agreement on file as long as you are enrolled in the current and/or upcoming semester.
If you are not enrolled for two semesters, your Credit Agreement will no longer be active and if you return, you will need to sign a new agreement.

Once a student has a Credit Agreement on file, they can use the Payment Plan any semester they find necessary. Having a Credit Agreement on file does not mean you must use the Payment Plan.
To use UWGB's Payment Plan
A student must have Credit Agreement on file at the Student Billing office.
- Down Payment: 40% of total charges due by term due date.
- First Installment: 50% of remaining balance, due 4 weeks later + the $25 membership fee.
- Second Installment: Remaining balance is due 4 weeks after the First Installment.
The due dates are listed for each semester on the Bursar website under Fee Information. If you are late making either the First or Second Installment a $10 late fee will be assessed for each payment you are late.
A non-refundable charge of $25.00 is assessed each semester you use the Payment Plan. This fee is automatically added to the First Installment.
