Dine Like a Professional Etiquette Lunch

This is an opportunity for currently
enrolled students to mingle with UW-Green Bay alumni and
community members to develop new skills in a fun learning
environment. Laura Rowell, a registered Dietitian, will be our
featured speaker and will take students through the basics of
professional dining etiquette during a delicious meal.
This event is
for UW-Green Bay students. (NOTE: Students who register for
the event but do not attend will be charged $15.00 on their
student accounts, unless they cancel prior to the registration
deadline, Monday, February 22.)
ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:
is a Lecturer in the Human Biology department at UW-Green Bay
and previously worked as a Food Service Manager for the Green
Bay Area Public Schools. She holds a Bachelor's degree in
Dietetics from Mount Mary College and a MBA from Cardinal
Stritch University. Laura also teaches at Xperience Fitness
and for World Instructor Training Schools in the areas of
fitness and nutrition.
Professional attire is highly recommended.
