About Nikki Kiss

Nikki Kiss currently serves as Chief of Staff & Talent at Ansay & Associates in Port Washington. As co-founder of Inspiring-US, she also works to build thriving communities by aligning systems and structures to develop future talent with business-education partnerships. As Executive Director of INSPIRE Sheboygan County she was instrumental in creating collaboration to connect young people with their best career options. Nikki grew INSPIRE Sheboygan County to over 25 districts and 130 employer partners. Nikki serves on the Business and Education Partnership committee in Sheboygan and the Career Pathways/Inspire regional board through the New North. Nikki holds a Master of Arts degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.

Lessons in Servant Leadership: Say YES to Challenges & Opportunities

Nikki will share leadership lessons she has learned on her journey, and believes in approaching work with a servant leadership mindset. She will discuss how always saying yes to challenges and opportunities can help you grow your career, become a better teammate, and a better global citizen.

About Michael Kertscher

Mike Kertscher joined Road America in 2007 as Programs Manager overseeing the development of its group adventure programs, plus many successful motorcycle and driving school programs. Kertscher was promoted to Director of Business Development in 2014 and Vice President of Business Development in 2017, where he took on added responsibility by overseeing track rentals and hospitality functions while driving partnership development to support Road America’s core event management initiatives. Kertscher moved into a Senior Vice President role in 2018 overseeing all operations of the facility prior to his appointment as President and General Manager in 2019.

Sustaining a History of Positive Impact into the Future

Mike will speak briefly about Road America’s history and its many offerings, with additional details and previews about updates to the facility. How Road America’s economic impact supports Sheboygan County and the region through jobs and philanthropy. How he came to Road America and how he enjoys sharing his passion for Road America with others while overcoming challenges and guiding America’s National Park of Speed into the future.
