11 Lessons for 11 Years
What I've Learned as the Co-Owner of a Growing Small Business

In 2009, Andrew Steimle and I started our law firm Steimle Birschbach, LLC, in Manitowoc with two staff persons. Fast forward to today, and we have two locations, seven attorneys and fifteen employees overall. I'd like to share a few lessons I've learned as a woman leader of a growing business. Lessons I've learned from my mistakes. In accepting what I can change and what I can't (such as my gender). And the simple wisdom that only comes with age and experience.
