Management Policy Training

Threat Management Planning, Model Policy for Workplace Violence, Threats/Violence and Incident Reporting

Workplace Violence

"Red Flags" or warning signs, understanding types of workplace violence, profile of attackers, de-escalation dos and don'ts and ways to prevent workplace violence

Responding to an Active Shooter

Responding to an active shooter situation - three different scenarios/locations with options to apply to a participant's own work environment

Facility Security/Employee Safety Assessment

Recommendations to improve or implement safety plans for your organization

Instructor:

Todd Priebe studied Criminal Justice at UW-Milwaukee. After graduation, he worked in law enforcement in Dallas, Texas for three years before moving back to work for Sheboygan County. In 2010, he was elected as the Sheriff of Sheboygan County. After retiring in 2017, Priebe is now the Director of Safety and Security for Safety Connections, Inc., specializing in preventing workplace violence training and building security.
