KEYNOTE PRESENTERS

Branding

Joan Malcheski
Green Bay Packers Director of Brand & Marketing

Over the course of 100 years, the Green Bay Packers have given fans plenty to celebrate, with 13 world championships, 25 Pro Football Hall of Famers and a beloved home, Lambeau Field. As the team embarked on its centennial season in 2018, the Packers invited fans to join the team in recognizing this historic milestone with “100 Seasons.”

Joan Malcheski was a catalyst in making sure all 100 Seasons touchpoints resonated with fans as well as employees. During this session Malcheski will walk participants through the process of how the internal 100 Seasons Committee “tackled” this 16-month celebration of the Packers’ rich history, which will be capped by the franchise’s 100th birthday on August 11, 2019.

Along the way Malcheski will share her personal journey of leadership and advice that has been helpful during her career.

Inspiring and Mentoring

Karmen Lemke
CEO Girl Scouts of the Northwestern Great Lakes

Karmen Lemke will discuss the importance of serving our communities in roles that build positive relationships as well as our networks and resumes.  With the many demands on our professional and personal lives, how do we find the time to give back to our community? Lemke believes the benefits are worth the time invested in inspiring and mentoring the future leaders in your community:

  • The benefits to the organizations we choose to work with;

  • The benefits of learning how to be confident and bold in the roles that we dedicate our time to; and

  • The benefits of the network of people that we build in the process.
