Master of Science in Management

Considering a M.S. in Management?

The program is designed to prepare effective leaders and decision makers for the region’s businesses, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies.
The 30-credit curriculum consists of a graduate core of eight required courses (24 credits) and one elective management course (3 credits). A three-credit, hands-on professional project is the capstone of the program's academic experience. In the professional project, students will examine a major problem or issue confronting an organization and write a professional paper that demonstrates an application of the theories of Management studied in the 27-credit coursework included in the program. Students who are considering the Management graduate program are strongly encouraged to arrange an advising appointment to discuss the program, the admissions process, and support courses they need to be taking. Contact the program at (920) 465-2051 or contact us via email for an appointment.
Students in the program need to meet with an advisor at least once during each semester to review program prerequisites and assess additional supporting courses they may need to complete. Advisors also help students with planning their professional goals after graduation and assist students when they encounter challenges in completing their course or field work.
