Frederick and Patricia Baer established this scholarship in 1987. Mr. Baer, who passed away in 2006, served as the president of Paper Converting Machine Company, Green Bay. Wood Hall, an academic building on campus, is named after Mrs. Baer’s father who played a key role in bringing the University to Northeastern Wisconsin.
