Lucy Arendt ’87 & ’90
Assistant Professor of Business Administration (Management)
Well-noted by other faculty and her students is Lucy Arendt’s ability to apply concepts and theories in management and organizational behavior to relationships in both her life and her students’ lives. Her teaching style is praised as unusually interactive, involving group work, role-playing, and use of other media such as popular music to demonstrate concepts in her field and promote retention.
Described by colleagues as a ‘shining star among a constellation of stellar teachers’ at UW-Green Bay, she is noted for her concern for students outside the classroom, both in her work as academic adviser and in her more informal role as a teacher who simply cares about her students as people.
