Leanne and Michael Haddad Annual Scholarship for Human Development

Discipline: Human Development

Student: Continuing

Leanne Haddad had a non-traditional path to her undergraduate degree at UW-Green Bay. Both Leanne and her husband, Mike, are natives of Maine. They relocated to Pennsylvania with their two children, Kelly and Nick, during Mike's first two years employed with Schreiber Foods, and Leanne started her undergraduate degree at Penn State University. College coursework was set aside for more professional moves and raising their children. After the family settled in Green Bay in 2000, Leanne enrolled at UW-Green Bay as an adult student and graduated with a major in Human Development and minor in Psychology in 2005. Today, Leanne is a social entrepreneur and operates a photography business, Clicks for a Cause, out of her home. She donates 100% of her session fees to three area non-profits that help children in need. Mike is the President and CEO of Schreiber Foods and serves on numerous community Boards. He is also a veteran, having served four years in the United States Marine Corp Reserves. In 2014, Leanne and Mike established two annual scholarship to provide financial assistance to students at Leanne's alma mater.
