Campus Connection Program

The goal of the Campus Connection Program is to foster a cooperative network among University Staff and Academic Staff, as well as to cultivate a sense of community on campus. The program benefits new employees by giving them a friendly resource. In return, existing employees have the opportunity to share their experiences and knowledge. New employees are matched with another employee to be his or her "Campus Resource Person." This person will contact the new employee periodically during their first few weeks, offer a tour of the campus, and act as a resource. Faculty Mentoring Program

New faculty and instructional staff have a wonderful resource available to them as they begin tackling the intricacies of their new positions and the University. After arriving on campus you will be contacted by a member of the faculty or instructional staff who will familiarize you with the mentor program and connect you with a mentor. If you do not hear from someone within your first couple of weeks on campus, please contact the Center for Advancement of Teaching and Learning (CATL) at (920) 465-2199 or
