A 30-minute workout focused on progressive abdominal and lower-back exercises to give you a strong and centered core as well as improve balance, posture and body alignment. Get ready to BLAST those core muscles into shape!
It’s time to heat up the pool! This 60-minute workout uses the natural resistance and buoyancy of water to provide an effective, low-impact routine.
*Classes takes place in the KEC pool
Pointe those toes! In this 60 minute ballet barre workout, you will feel the heat of muscle building and sculpting in your legs and glutes. We’ll encourage one another and have fun working out together! Ballet shoes are not required, but feel free to wear them to class if you would like! Tennis shoes are absolutely acceptable! Let’s get ready to POINTE and flex!
This format mixes traditional dynamic and body weight exercises with circuits, interval and strength training. Get ready to push yourself and whip that body into shape!
Butts & Guts
This class is a quick, no fuss, high energy muscle conditioning class that tones and shapes your hips, thighs, buttock and abdomen. These exercises target and tone your entire core and lower body!
Ready to take your strength training to new heights? Cardio Sculpt will tone your muscles while giving you a cardio workout. The best of both worlds!
This format combines traditional aerobic movements with the powerful beat and rhythm of the drums. This is a workout for the entire body, mind and spirit! Feel and experience the pulsating rhythms, dynamic movements and powerful percussions of this new high-energy dance and rhythm program.
Full Body Hula Hooping
Have you ever wanted to learn how to hula hoop, but don’t know where to begin?! Well here’s your chance! Hula hooping is a fun way to concentrate on working your core muscles a specific way to tone and strengthen your abs, lower back, hips and arms! Fun performance tricks will also be taught to impress your friends and family!

A power packed cardio workout that will help you jab and kick your way into a new level of fitness! It combines aerobics, boxing and martial arts. This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination and balance.
Not quite Pilates and not quite Yoga, PiYo™ is a fast paced class that introduces you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can enhance your fitness capacity as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility. With every action-packed PiYo™ session, you have the opportunity to expend energy and define your whole body, as you minimize the aches and pains that can come along with high-impact workouts.
Powerhouse is designed for all fitness levels. This class delivers real results, real fast with the help of the weight room. This athletic based workout uses barbells with adjustable weights and other equipment to work every major muscle group in the body. Class will meet outside of the group fitness studio. Come learn all the great tricks that the Kress has to offer!
Meditation in motion. This powerful flowing style of yoga (Vinyasa) will challenge and connect you both mentally and physically - emphasizing breath, control, strength, balance and stability. Taught by our 200 hour certified yoga instructor, Liz, this class is designed to ignite, lengthen, strengthen and will have you sweating from temple to toe.
Rock Your Body
Come rock each body part to Electric Dance Music (EDM)! There is a routine for your arms, shoulders, legs, thighs and abs. There is even cardio and the use of stability balls to keep your heart pumping! Come out and Rock Your Body!
This class is a light yoga format with deep stretches and will awaken your body and prepare you for the day ahead.
This is a fun, fast-paced, interval training class which is designed with your entire body in mind. There will be a little bit of everything: cardio, strength, toning, stretching and more in short bursts of exercise that constantly change each week. Participants can work at their own pace, and all fitness levels are welcome!
This gentle practice focuses around holding seated postures. Yin Yoga poses work to apply moderate stress to connective tissues with the aim of improving circulation to the joints as well as increasing flexibility. It's designed to complement any yoga routine. This class will help relieve joint stress and pain while rejuvenating both the mind and the body.
Challenge and connect your mind and body with yoga poses, conscious breathing and relaxation techniques. Remember - yoga is an individual practice, where all judgment, competition and expectations are let go, and the focus is internal on your own experience that day.
Yoga for Relaxation
In search of a way to de-stress and calm your whole being while lengthening your entire musculature? Then this is the class for you. After this half hour of this yoga practice, you will leave feeling lighter than you did when you walked into the studio. Enjoy!
This dynamic power packed yoga practice fuses the best of yoga, sculpting and Pilates to create a unique class that will challenge you mentally and physically. Our certified instructor will give you two for the price of one - making use of light weights, gliding discs, weighted balls and your own body weight to create a routine that will ignite, lengthen and strengthen your entire body while stabilizing your core.
