I believe that impossible is nothing, in fact, it is just the beginning.
A passion for fitness has followed me throughout my life. I fell in love with distance running and Yoga when I was 13, and since then have worked with different styles of lifting as well as multiple group fitness formats. After changing my Major to Nutritional Science and competing for a season on the UW-Green Bay Cross Country team, I found myself in the studio as a group fitness instructor and later a personal trainer. I received my personal training certification though the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA), and am also a 200 hour certified Yoga instructor.
Having my fair share of injuries has shown me many sides of fitness I never thought I’d experience, and has always helped me come back better and stronger. Being told that I shouldn't run showed me that you can do whatever you set your mind to. I wish I could say that I'm training to run some race, but the honest truth is that I am running for myself.
My goal is to help you make your fitness life about you. Helping you find workouts your passionate about that will keep you coming back for more. Show yourself that you are capable of more than you think. Give it a shot; what do you have to lose but an hour of your day.
"Ask yourself: ‘Can I give more?’. The answer is usually: ‘Yes’."
