A little about me:

I love to dance! I am a very upbeat person and I like to stay active. I love trying new things and seeing new places. This past summer I drove to California and back, and have never seen so many changes in scenery; it was beautiful! I have grown up around sports, playing basketball, softball, cross country, and golf in high school, and continuing on at the college level. I have just recently gotten into doing 5k races and mud-runs and have a new passion for them. My favorite one this past year was Tough Mudder! Fitness is a part of my everyday life, and when I look at how far I've come, it makes me realize anything is possible. If you know me, you know I'm always smiling and love to surround myself with optimism, and I would love to share that with you.

My goals for you:

The most precious gift someone can receive is the knowledge to know how to make someone else's life better. Together, we will transform your body through health and fitness, with routines that keep you going, and a mentality to want you coming back to the gym for more. One of the main words people like to describe me with is energetic! When we train together, I will bring you to a level you never thought you could get to. I am going to help you find out what we can do in the gym that will help benefit your body the most because not one single body type is alike. I want to do anything I can to help you looking and feeling your best! I have some years of experience under my belt, working with all ages, and know that I can set-up a beneficial routine just for you. I want you leaving the gym with a smile on your face knowing that you can accomplish anything you set your mind to. My most important goal: helping you believe that every day is a new day for you to change your life through motivation and inspiration. See you at the gym!
