Faculty & Staff Resources
We are happy to welcome UW-Green Bay students, faculty and staff back to the UW-Green Bay Libraries. The reopening of the Libraries will be done in a phased plan, which will change each month for the next three months. Details about currently available services and spaces will be posted here.
Building Access
Beginning September 1, the Cofrin Library in Green Bay will open the 3rd, 5th, and 6th floors. The 4th floor will remain closed. The Library Commons will open with limited seating. UW-Green Bay students, faculty and staff only.
- Please see our hours page for a complete listing of all location hours.
All individuals must comply with the guidelines in Phoenix Forward: Return to Campus.
Checking Out Books
UW-Green Bay faculty and staff can now check out books and other library materials! All you need to do is request the items you want, schedule a pick-up time and then go to the library to get your items. Complete instructions are available on our Pickup Service by Appointment guide.
Returning Books and Other Library Materials
All due dates are extended to September 11. The UW-Green Bay Libraries have put together the following process for returning materials.
- BOOKS: Books from any UW, not just a UWGB Library, may be dropped off at your UWGB library location
- NON-BOOKS: All other materials (laptops, keys, and other electronic equipment) may be dropped off at any library service/ check-out desk during open hours. Do NOT place equipment in a book return.
- All returned items will be checked in after a quarantine period.
In addition to library materials, if you were loaned a laptop, hot spot, or other piece of technology from the Division of Information Technology (Help Desk), you may also return those items to the Green Bay Campus following the non-book procedure listed above.
