Library Conference Room (CL125D)

CL125D is available on a first come, first served basis. Please check the
University Union room reservation system first to ensure the room is available: Browse for Space

CL125D is equipped with seating for 24 and a networked PC with projector.
For additional technology needs please submit a TEAM service request form.

Media Room

There is 1media room located on the 3rd floor of the Library. The room is equipped with a television, VHS/DVD player, and music listening equipment with the ability to play vinyl records, cassette tapes, and CD’s. The room has seating for a small group (3-4 people). The room is available on a first come, first served basis.

Study Spaces

The Cofrin Library offers a variety of study spaces to accommodate groups as well as individuals. All spaces are first come, first served, unless noted as reservable. Only UWGB students, staff, and faculty can reserve rooms.

Breakthrough Studio 3rd Floor

  • Seating for groups of 4-8
  • Collaborative space for students, faculty and community to work together in groups
  • Contains 3 small rooms and one large, open space with collaborative seating arrangements
  • 2 rooms with large screens that allow for portable devices to be connected via HDMI or VGA

Group Study Rooms 5th-6th Floors

  • Seating for 4 people
  • Open rooms with computers
  • Several 3 hour reservable rooms with computers
  • To reserve rooms stop by 2nd floor Plaza Welcome Desk or call at (920) 465-2333

General Study/Seating 3rd-6th Floors

  • Individual/Group rooms
  • Individual/Group rooms with computers
  • Individual/Group tables
  • Individual study desks
  • Soft Seating

Quiet Study/Seating 5th Floor Miller Reading Room

  • Individual soft seating

Private Study Rooms 5th-6th Floors

  • Available to UWGB students, graduate students, and faculty
  • $20 per semester
  • Locked rooms with access for one individual
  • Priority given to graduate students
