Carillon will ring
for former chancellor

The UW-Green Bay carillon will play in memorium at 10 a.m. Monday (Nov. 18) for Chancellor Emeritus David L. Outcalt, who died last week at age 78. Outcalt — who served as chancellor from 1986 to 1993 and then spent four years on the Business Administration faculty — will be buried Monday in Mount Vernon, Ohio. The three musical selections that will ring out from the Weidner Memorial Carillon were selected for their connections to Outcalt's faith, time as chancellor and love of classical music.
