Phoenix men a step closer to NCAAs

For the first time since the mid 1990s, the Phoenix men's basketball team is celebrating a conference championship and the inside track for a trip to the NCAA Tournament. By beating Valpo 67-53 at the Resch, Green Bay clinched homecourt for the Horizon League tourney. Learn more

The Lukan sisters, Megan and Kaili, grew up with hockey as their national sport, so they just had to rub it in when the Canadian women's hockey team stunned the USA with a late comeback to win the Olympic gold medal game. Starters for the Phoenix women's basketball squad, the sisters are natives of Barrie, Ont., north of Toronto.
