Accessibility Resources

To acquire Disability/Accessibility Services at UW-Green Bay, Marinette Campus, please contact Madeline Marquardt in the Solution Center/Student Affairs Office for an initial packet of information.

Students must provide documentation stating the nature of the disability need. Most often, documentation will be obtained from a qualified treating professional such as a physician, psychologist, or psychiatrist.  Students may either submit a completed UWGB form, any reports or testing done previously by a treating professional.

Accommodation Plans

After the initial packet and sufficient documentation have been submitted, the Director of Disability Services will provide a recommended accommodation plan. A copy of this plan will be submitted to both the student and their professors. Students are encouraged to meet early in the semester with each faculty member involved.

Please contact Madeline Marquardt in the Solution Center/Student Affairs Office if you need special accessibility services or have accessibility services questions.  The Solution Center is located in the Main Building, room M-126 or by phone (715) 504-3302.
